We spent three days on a remote part of the Isle of Skye, in the Scottish Highlands, documenting various aspects of world-renowned restaurant, the Three Chimneys.

Focusing on the fundamental details that combine to give the restaurant it’s acclaim, I documented long-standing, select suppliers and growers, specific to the precise location of the restaurant.

Coupling the natural beauty of the Highlands with the intensity and craft of the kitchen, my aim was to capture the uniqueness that really sets this restaurant apart.
