Nespresso, owned by Nestlé, is a world renowned coffee brand. Last year they exhibited at the IFA in Berlin, one of the biggest consumer electronics exhibitions in the world with over 1,400 exhibitors and all the biggest names in electronics.

 

The Requirements

IFA 2012 brought in 240,000 visitors from over 55 countries. With the international audience in mind, Nestlé asked us to build an engaging, interactive app for iPad that played multilingual demonstration videos and product information.

Building an App

We worked with Nespresso’s existing assets to create something in line with their current brand guidelines, which would help them stand out and draw in crowds above the multiple brands competing for attention at the event.

Installation

We flew out to Berlin to install the iPads at the Nespresso stands in person, located next to their range of exciting products. The visitor feedback was that the app really added wow factor to Nespresso’s display.
